Photographs from 1914

In 1914, photographer and surveyor Morrison Parsons Bridgland explored the Castle region with a camera. He spent most of his career surveying the Rocky Mountains with a camera and developed techniques to survey land using photographic information. By the end of his life, Bridgland was considered the leading expert in surveying by taking photos.

These series of photos were taken by Bridgland in 1914 and are available from the Mountain Legacy Project.
